1.    At OTONEST we aim for customer satisfaction and it is important for us that the Users are pleased with their purchase. However, if the Users are dissatisfied with their purchase, we offer the option of return /exchange/ refund as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.
2.    The products are only suitable for returns or exchange if a proper request is made by the user within the 3 days after the delivery. Please ensure that the products are unused in their original sealed condition with original tags, MRP tags, warranty cards, packaging, undamaged in any way, and in a resalable condition (opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.
3.    All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. It is advised that the customers refer to all individual product descriptions and return policy. Be ensured that you have read and understood the suitability of a product to be returned before purchasing. You may reach our team to enquire about the same. A successful return of the product shall be subject to the Seller's inspection and approval and quality check.
4.    All the requests of the return, refund should be thoroughly examined by the sellers and the teams if necessary.
5.    A refund shall be initiated in an unlikely event that a User receives a:
i.    wrong product,
ii.    product with manufacturing defect,
iii.    product is overpriced over its Maximum Retail Price (printed on such product),
iv.    damaged product (if it is established that the damage was not made while the product was in the user’s possession),
v.    product with compatibility issue in the user’s vehicle, if any,
vi.    The User received a different product other than the original one he/she ordered.
6.    We encourage our users to kindly send us a picture or video of the product if received in any of the above mentioned conditions. We also encourage our users to claim a refund from the Seller if received under the above mentioned conditions.
7.    The Seller constitutes the right to refuse the refund request of an item if the product hasn’t come to us in a fully re-saleable condition or has been made of a product that is damaged/ a different product than originally received. All returns/refunds are subject to the sole discretion of OTONEST and our decision shall be final.
8.    Any consumable product  will not be eligible for return unless the User receives a damaged, or defective, or different product than original.
9.    In the case of an exchange or full replacement request by the User, an authorized team will evaluate the product to check if the defective part of the product can be replaced. If the team or an authorized person determines that replacing a part will not fix the issue, the the product will be replaced or exchanged entirely.
10.    If an exchange or replacement request cannot be processed a refund would be issued which would be ‘subject to investigation’.
11.    Discounted products and the ones that are written final sales on cannot be replaced or exchanged.
12.    No user shall not be eligible for a replacement request without the original payment receipt.
13.    A refund usually will be made within 24 hours of receiving the product back in its original sealed condition by us. The refund shall be made to the permissible modes accepted by us. Additionally, it may take 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
14.    The user should submit the requests within the specified time frame and have the item shipped to us. Otherwise Once the Seller will not accept any requests for returns, refunds or exchange once the return window is closed.  
15.    Before any such request can be processed, it must be approved by the Seller. 
16.    Expenses of such returns should be dealt by the users.
17.    Return guidelines for User:
For ensuring a successful return pick up and processing, the products will be checked for:
i.    Correct Product: The name/image/brand/serial number/article number/barcode should match along with the MRP tag which should be undetachable and clearly visible.
ii.    Complete Product: All in-the-box should be present.
iii.    Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return togs/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
iv.    Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
v.    Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.
19.    A refund can be made only when the product and its condition has been inspected and approved by us and which follows the condition stated above, a refund will be issued to the user. Pickup charge should be taken care of by the users, if in any case the user is unable to perform that then that particular pickup charge will be deducted from the original amount.

Refund Types:

  1. Otonest will process your refund according to the following refund types
  2.  Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
  3. Refunds from failed deliveries - Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.
  4. The customer will get the refund within 7 to 10 working days on the original payment method.
